BESTA & MEYER has been manufacturing equipment for discharge and conveying of bulk material since 1910 and merged with MEYER in 1933. Besta coal feeders, mill feeders, bunker and silo discharge are installed in several coal power plants and cement plants in the Philippines. AUMUND Fördertechnik acquired Maschinenfabrik Besta & Meyer in 2014.
