Reprotex is the first and only company in the world that offers a mobile system for filtration and recycling of process waste water. The waste water from various processes in hydroblasting produces a huge amount of waste which can be cleaned and recirculated directly at the job site.
Reprotex MFD Mobile wastewater treatment
5-10% of the polluted process wastewater is separated as solid material and 90 to 95% are re-cycled back to clean water quality of less than 1 μm particle size. The clean water is fed back to the high-pressure pump for re-use. Mobile system integrated in 20 foot container. Filter up to 200 l / min of polluted process waste-water to be re-used on site as clear water.

Reprotex MDD Mobile sludge dewatering
Fully automated solution to thicken up to 12m³/h of liquid sludge for disposal. Mobile system integrated in 20 foot container. Separates solids and residual water from sludge. Resulting compact sludge in landfillable/incineratable form can be disposed of using Big Bags.
